Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are shipped only once payment has reflected in our account. Orders paid before 12pm are shipped the same day; orders paid after 12pm are shipped the next business day.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options within South Africa:

•⁠ ⁠Courier to Door — R130, delivered within 1–4 working days (outlying areas excluded; surcharge applicable)
•⁠ ⁠Pudo Locker — R85, delivered within 2–4 working days
•⁠ ⁠Courier Guy Kiosk — R95, delivered within 2–4 working days
•⁠ ⁠Free Delivery (Courier or Pudo, to your door) — for orders of R1,000 or more, delivered within 1–4 working days depending on area (outlying areas excluded)

We do not deliver over weekends.

Please select your preferred delivery method at checkout, and include your preferred Pudo locker or Courier Guy Kiosk location along with your proof of payment, plus your name and surname, delivery address, postal code, province, email, and contact number.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While we aim to have all orders delivered within the timeframes above, delays can occasionally occur with our courier partners. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Liability in Transit

Best Deals SA does not take responsibility for parcels once they are in transit with our courier partners. We recommend that customers take out their own insurance to cover their parcel during shipping.
